Everything about the property. It’s beautiful. The pictures on the internet do not do justice to that beautiful place. The aircon was so good especially after a long day in the heat. The staff is so helpful and very friendly. Nelson is the best!! He was so kind to show us around and advice on what activities to do etc. He actually went out of his way to accommodate us. We had such a lovely stay ❤️❤️ We will definitely be coming back to Massala on our next Bilene visit

“Hidden Gem With Great Potential”
The place is a hidden gem with many amenities such as a beautiful pool, gym, restaurant as well as an outdoor shower. Very under utilised. The hotel organised a boat to the island to come fetch us at their private beach which was very convenient for us. The breakfast was great, very well presented.

1st room had a toilet leak then moved to another room and found a dead bloody bug on a pillow😩The property charged my card twice because the card machine didn’t have printing paper and couldn’t tell if approved or declined the 1st time and now they refusing to refund the extra day charge.terrible experience all together and should be rated 0.
