“Home away from home just a 15 minutes walk from Reynisfjara Beach!”
The sea view double room is very comfortable indeed, we had a fantastic night's sleep. It felt like we were really guests in somebody's house and not just staying in a hostel. We also loved how close it is to the beach.

Very nice and quiet, very close to Reynisfjara, the owners super nice and friendly, you get to pet the animals, room was comfy and clean, kitchen well equiped.

“Cool place with a local vibe”
We didn't know it was a shared bathroom but once we got there we totally forget about this part. The owner was very polite and the room was awesome! Also we had the best company of 3 dogs and a cat. In the night was peaceful and we woke up from the sunlight. While we were sharing the bathroom, it was super clean and the experience was top tier! I would recommend

“Lovely place and amazing host.”
The accommodation is within walking distance of the black sand beach. The room we had was very cosy and nicely designed. The host Einar is lovely and he showed us the new lambs in the barn in the morning. There are also three very friendly dogs. We would both stay there again happily!

“Farmland stay with amazing host & animals”
Loved the home stay vibe. Einar was very welcoming and his dogs, sheep and goats were so gorgeous. We were lucky enough to witness one ewe give birth to three gorgeous lambs. We also got stuck at Einar’s guesthouse due to a wind and snowstorm closing in and Einar kindly gave us food as we had no way of leaving the house and shops were closed. Beds were super comfortable.

We had a lovely and heartwarming experience. The location is beautiful, the room was cozy, and the owner has the sweetest soul. I would recommend it to anyone! He has a lot of animals in a barn too, which he invited us to come and see.

Our family really enjoyed this stay - we got the family room and hence the toilet on the ground floor was for us to use! We had a comfy and cozy stay - my highlight was going outside to watch our host feed his animals, we got to feed them too! Lovely 3 dogs (super friendly) and sheep, goats! Loved our stay!!

It's a nice place, and the guest is really friendly and helpful. The place is clean, and even though you share a toilet, we only shared it with our friends. It's just two minutes from the beach. It was perfect for our one-night road trip.

Loved how cozy the rooms were! We had the family room which consisted of 2 rooms and a private bathroom. Just to note that the private bathroom isn’t connected to our rooms but it’s all good cause it’s close by in the next room (kitchen). Beds are soft - loved it! Location is so close to the black sand beach!

“A lovely place to stay, highly recommended 👌”
The guesthouse is super cosy and has great views either side of it. It is just a 15 min walk to the Black sand beach. The owner is a very hospitable lady. The cat and the dog were hospitable too 😊❤️
