The property and the park are exceptionally nice. And there are interesting places to visit on the property : an old mill, the vodka distillery museum etc... really great to have opened those up to the guests. There is a great swimming pool and sauna which we did not use due to a power failure (due to a storm, a tree fell on the line) : a generator was quickly set in motion and we were kept well informed of progress so good management of client expectations. Dinner and breakfast were also good experiences in the old manor. There was even an electric charger for our car, which worked (different circuit)... great stay.

“Threatened with the police for a €15 charge”

The front desk staff were terrible. I got threatened with the police for an unknown charge at check out. There is obviously no problem that there's a charge for mini golf, but no-one told us any of the three times that we interacted with front desk (to enquire, to collect golf balls, to return golf balls) that there was a charge, until check out. It took ten minutes for the staff to even know what the charge was for (since it wasn't clear to them), and when I suggested that this should be communicated to customers I had twenty minutes of disagreement and was told to pay or the police would be called. A stressful and unpleasant end to our stay.

Thanks for an amazing stay! The area is very nice, with river and park. There are some museums and eco farm which is very nice for kids. Also the area has 1.5km trails. I took lavender massage and really enjoyed it - they use their own grown lavender. And for my daughter I took kids massage, she liked it a lot. After the treatment you can chill out with herbal tea and honey.

We travel all year round and have visited many places around the world, but I had never experienced anything like this until now. We were not given the correct room. There was a difference of around €80. It started badly. We were initially told there was no availability, so we ended up being misled. Then, at the restaurant, a group of women mocked us because of our origin. I am Tahitian, and one of the women pretended to put on a veil while insulting me, calling me a “dirty Arab” in English. It was extremely problematic. We felt truly uncomfortable and humiliated. We were not aware that there was a dress code. The restaurant is beautiful, but people here seem to believe they belong to royalty, dressed as if for a ball. We often go to places like Courchevel, for example, and the prices here were quite normal (around €20 per dish), so this level of formality made no sense. For French people, it really felt like a country club atmosphere — almost ridiculous, like something out of a parody. Then came the worst part: above us, people were making horrible noises during their sexual activity, which went on all night. I was offered a room change, but in the same building, even though just before I had been told there were no other rooms available. This message is addressed to the owner of this place: yes, the location itself is nice, but the room we were given was truly gloomy. There is a very bad energy here, and we were not taken seriously at all. I absolutely do not recommend this place. After more than 10 years of traveling, this was the worst place of my life.

the food is great. the place is really nice. and the spa was great. this is a piece of paradise in a middle of Estonia - long roads and woods and nothing else around.

Best place to stay in estonia, loved all of it, autumn is the best time to visit.

We liked the buildings; our rooms were spacious and the bathroom had floor heating. Very quiet rooms. We loved also our dinner and breakfast was fabulous!

Really nice location, many different buildings spread around the scenic area in the forest on the river. Rooms are cosy and big (ZEN Deluxe), plenty of room for the family with kids. Jacuzzi is a nice addition (when it works, more on that later). Breakfast is really good, as well as the coffee machine in the room. SPA is warm and cozy, 100*c sauna is especially good
