The room was quite cold and there was no way to adjust the heat. The prices at the hotel restaurant were also rather expensive.

“Facilities quite OK since new, but staff+waiting was so bad I decided never again to go holiday club”
Dinner was extremely slow, already at 19:00 you needed to queuelmost 30 min to practically empty restaurant, and then wait for food another 30+ min. Room advertised air conditioning was weak, it was 25+C all evening and when you went to asleep, only in morning fell below 23C. Reception had huge queues, as always with Holiday club, I had question about charging but could not wait an (another ) ~hour. Information about shortening stay to single day was misinformed, 1st say you can do it before next day 12, then another said since booking reservation cannot be done, but already paid that one day, letäs see what VISA bill will have...

Food in the restaurants and hotel morning/evening tables were not tasty and no quality at all . Hotel room was full of black,long hair, fridge in the room was smelling very bad,under the spare bed was trash from some other costumer. Spa side was too cold 🥶, even seating in höyry sauna ,form under the door came too much cold so feet were frozen. Pictures look better than the reality. High price,quality poor. Will not go back sadly.

“Great sleep in quiet surroundings”
Room was spacious, bed super comfy and it was very quiet at night. Facilities were good but did not have time to use them. Breakfast was ok and a big plus for the breakfast space
