The hotel itself is very nice and in a great area. The room was big and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

“Recommended basis for exploring the Elqui valley”
Centrally located. Ample safe parking just 100 m away Comfortable suite, well heated! We could check in earlier. The place has a wonderful roof terrace. An astronomer is available to explain the stars in the night sky and helps with the telescope. The roof terrace also offers two Jacuzzies you can book. The breakfast is good. Very good value for money.

Very helpful staff. Just a few minutes walk to the plaza, restaurants and taxi stand. Bus station is about 5 minutes. The staff were exceptionally helpful over the phone and during our stay.

Good value, great location, parking included, nice roof terrace (with a hot tub — have to pay extra for that though). Breakfast had the basics.

“Lovely hotel with very kind staff and good food and beautiful Mountain View’s from the rooftop bar”
We loved everything and the beds and sheets were spotless and very comfortable. I was very appreciative when I lost my PDI emigration card, the lovely staff accepted my request to ask for a copy to be emailed to me several days later. They were very prompt and so kind as the next hotel I stayed in would have charged me local tax if I did not provide it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay
