“Perfect quiet, central location. Wonderful hospitality and cozy stay.”

The location was perfect, close to Victoria bus station and food spots yet in a quiet area. The room was spacious and cosy with a lovely balcony and warm powerful shower. Drinking Water was provided and I really appreciated that it was in a jug meaning no plastic wastage from water bottles. Breakfast on my first day was avocado toast, fruits, yoghurt and on my second day was bruschetta, pastizzi, qasatata, yoghurt and fruit. I always enjoy when there is fruit at breakfast and it is served in an outside garden which is very peaceful. Coffee was nice too. Lorenzo was wonderful, I came to Gozo with some idea of where to go but hadn't made much of a plan and Lorenzo's recommendations were brilliant and made my stay very memorable, I wanted to do some walking/hiking and he gave me brilliant options and they were all beautiful walks/swims. He also gave recommendations for food spots and they're places he eats at too so they're not just tourist recommendations. Overall a wonderful place to stay while in Gozo and I'll definitely be back.

“Beautiful old building, very quiet and a great host in the middle of victoria”

Lovely stay in a beautiful old building. It is quiet and spacious and it was lovely to sit and have a wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. Lorenzo was super informative and helpful - had a lovely couple of days here.

Excellent location, in a quiet street less than 5 mins walk to bus station, restaurants and citadel. Great communication from Lorenzo, who is the perfect host in a comfortable, traditional family home. Easy access, very good breakfast and great suggestions for places to visit, restaurants and travel tips.

Lorenzo is a very friendly and welcoming host; serves a lovely breakfast with great coffee and delicious local specialities on the terrace overlooking the garden; we were given lots of great tips for our stay and felt completely at home; a very central location in a quiet side street with everything within easy walking distance: the market square, the bus station, etc. A wonderful and cosy base for a great stay on Gozo

Absolutely wonderful stay in Gozo! The place was lovely, spotless, and very welcoming. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

Lorenzo was an excellent host who always took time to give us any information we needed on where to go etc. The room was lovely and clean and in a great location, just round the corner from the bus station.

Gawhra B&B is a lovely gem in Gozo and the owner Lorenzo is a big part of that! It was the perfect base for us to explore Gozo, with free parking just a few minutes away. Lorenzo was super helpful with local recommendations and made a lovely breakfast featuring local pastries each morning. The location was perfect, walking distance from fantastic restaurants, shops and sights. Amazingly, it was also a ten minute drive in each direction to get to the coast, so it was the perfect choice.

The property owner Lorenzo was superb, Great host. Was very helpful in every matter need be , directions , Restaurants and a great man to have a conversation about anything. His fruit trees in the breakfast area made me home sick since my Father had the same fruit trees, me growing up in Uganda. Luquots was a treat. Thank you Lorenzo.

“Best accommodation in Gozo”

We loved this guest house. We had the entire top floor of this 300 year old house to ourselves. It's full of charm, fabulous limestone walls and floors and quirky antiques and furniture. The bed was superbly comfortable and the towels were fresh and fluffy. Lorenzo the host is a gentleman who makes a wonderful breakfast. He gave us the most sublime restaurant recommendations and an itinerary for seeing the highlights of Gozo. Gawhra was exactly what we needed after the bustle of Valletta

Great location, an authentic building full of charm, and a cozy room that made the stay very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh, personally served by the host every morning, which added a warm and welcoming touch.
