“Excellent location excellent host”

It was the perfect location: very secure and within walking distance of town. The outdoor space is immaculate, well-maintained, and a lovely place to relax, especially in Victoria Falls’ generally hot weather. I would highly recommend this place, particularly for groups or families on holiday. You can truly do your own thing in the comfort and privacy of the home. I travelled there from the UK with my son and daughter-in-law for my 60th birthday and invited my sisters and a friend from Harare, so we were a good group of eight people. The four-bedroom property was perfect for our celebration. I particularly loved the outside shower and bathtub. It was amazing showering in the sunshine and seeing a rainbow form as I showered.

The house was in a very pretty, scenic, green and leafy location. It was large and spacious, and the garden was amazing. The house keepers were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was spacious and had everything that could be needed to prepare our food. The was neat and clean and the furniture was comfortable. I loved the piano in the living room and the drums in the patio area. There was a Pick & Mix supermarket nearby which was very convenient. The quality of hand-wash , body lotion, shampoo and shower gel was very good. We liked the smell and the feel of these. I loved the variety of beautiful plants, trees and flowering shrubs in the garden. The pool was pretty but too cold to have a dip in. The communication with the property owner was easy and she kept in constant touch with us via email and what’s app. Her messages were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The information manual,kept in the kitchen, was very comprehensive and useful. The price per night was reasonable and good value for money.

The house and grounds were typically colonial style. This was nostalgic for us. The large patio was a cool And shady refuge from the heat. The garden is lush and colourful and also sun-tropically relaxing. There is a lot of space inside and comfortable areas abound. The kitchen and dining rooms are well equipped although we only ate a light breakfast there. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were essential and worked well. The hostess was away but we were superbly well assisted by her colleague who organised restaurant bookings and excursions for us. An added bonus was her recommendation to use a specific transport provider and this service was flawless throughout

The house and gardens were perfect for our extended family. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and our young grandchildren loved the outside bath. To have our host living and working adjacent to the property was real bonus and we greatly valued her advice and help.

Lovely place, equipped with everything you may need and in a strategic position for activities around Vic Falls. Sara was lovely and super helpful throughout our stay.

The place was clean, had daily housekeeping and the pool was an added bonus. Sara was incredibly helpful and made sure that our stay at the Art house was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay in Victoria Falls.

Our host Sara could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. She offered advice on tours and booked them too. The Art House sits in a mature garden full of tall trees and interesting plants. The bedrooms were cool and very tastefully furnished . Air conditioning was available. And fans all over. The big verandah is well furnished. We ate breakfast outside in the garden each morning and used the swimming poo a lot. A bonus was the outdoor bath and shower area.! The staff are exceptional, and we were relieved to have a laundry service after days of travel. The location is ideal for accessing the Falls and other attractions by car. Our four days flew by too quickly Remember to allow time to enjoy the house and garden in between activities and sightseeing at Vic Falls. The house has several beautiful paintings and pieces of artwork too. I look forward to my next visit.

The art house is a very comfortable family home. Great to sit around and chat. Lovely garden and pool area. Perfect for a family on holiday. Sara is very organised. If you need activities booked or taxis etc she does it and it all worked out perfectly. She is a local booking agent.
