Very spacious room with air con and fan options. No mosquito nets but good windows. Lovely pool area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but good self catering facilities. Elephants and buffalo on the street outside in the evenings.

We were actually the only people staying here during our two-night stay, so we had the place to ourselves, which was amazing! The room was huge with excellent aircon, a lovely bathroom and two enormous beds. There was also a really useful in-room fridge (the property is essentially self-catering but there is a full kitchen available for guest use). We had some down-time between visits to Victoria Falls and our Zambezi River cruise, so we were able to relax in the beautiful gardens and swim in the pool (not heated but it was 35 degrees so the colder the better!). The staff also arranged a taxi into town and back on our first evening, advising us not to walk as there are wild animals around at night. They were right....on our ride back we encountered a hippo casually grazing at the roadside! We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it as an ideal base from which to explore Victoria Falls.

A beautiful swimming pool in a family home environment just a walk away from Victoria Falls. Happiest moment was hearing the birds on our verandah. We loved it.

Staff were very friendly and we were treated with a refreshing drink on arrival. Our room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and an ensuite. Pool area and gardens were delightful. Walking distance to town and Falls.

Quiet location except for the welcome sound of the falls. Self catering facility is excellent and Atish and his staff very keen to make your stay comfortable. Grounds are in excellent condition, they must have a good gardener.
