Characterful building sympathetically decorated. Beautiful bedroom room with double aspect windows and balconies. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Extremely convenient for the river and city walks, but peaceful at night.

“Amazing place to stay when visiting”
Everything, the staff is amazing, they recommended nice restaurants, we got umbrellas for the rain, very nice. The room is super clean, comfortable and the view from 5th floor is amazing. Je recommende! Magnifique, propre et le personnel est super.

“Excellent hotel in Vichy with a superb SPA”
The hotel is located in the city centre of Vichy, close to all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. It is situated in a nice building of the end of the XIX century. The room we stayed was comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the small but excellent SPA with sauna and jacuzzi that can be reserved for one hour.

We were in double 'Comfort' room, 108. It was comfortable and we had what we needed. The room was cold when we arrived (first week in November 24), but we found we had a radiator and CH that we could control ourselves. There is a little balcony but a street view.

Central to all sights.The receptionists spoke English and were very helpful.The breakfast was also good.The receptionist gave us a map of the city and a list of Restaurants.

“Great stop at reasonable price, between the river and the city centre.”
Comfortable stay in a kind-of historical building, well located between the river and the city center. Staff was kind and professional. Following a failure of the air conditioning system in our room, they reached us on the phone to inform about it: a 10% discount compensation was offered and a fan was made available in the room, which made our stay doable. Right in front of the entrance, there are a couple of (temporary) parking spots to load/unload your car.
