Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The hotel has a boutique feel and not a generic change hotel. The breakfast was lovely in the conservatory style room, nice touches.

Very good location, bed very comfortable, clean overall. The room was spacious and bigger than usual. Payable parking on the street nearby. Right in the centre.

Air conditioning in room, electric shutters and blackout blinds. Bed was super comfortable and decor was very nice. Had a healthy French breakfast in the garden patio.

The hotel was centrally situated with plenty of on street parking close by. It was immaculately clean and our room was really quiet, very comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the added bonus was the beautiful piano playing by one of the staff! We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the breakfast room looked lovely. It was our first visit to Vichy and we had a lovely walk around the old part (which is being extensively renovated) and along the river which was beautiful.

Great location just a short walk from the railway station and to the town. Immaculately clean and really nicely designed. The room was spacious and far bigger than I expected. Although we didn't use it, the games room/lounge was a great addition.

Great hotel. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was well worth the money, the food was very fresh and of a high quality. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The room was too small for two people although we would have booked a larger room had one been available. Room, and hotel in general was spotless in all areas. Games area was excellent and very much enjoyed by our grandchildren who visited us in the hotel during our stay.

Location fantastic we had luck with parking right on the street (paid parking but ca. 5€ for whole day parking). Room was more than sufficient in size (2x adults / 1x toddler) Clean and comfortable with decent shower
