Everything, location, price unbelievable, staff exceptional, restaurant food fab, service impeccable. The funny thing is all the staff were so young, everyone knew their job and did with gusto, obviously they were enjoying their work? quite unusual nowadays. Well done to everyone, great job.

Friendly helpful welcome, spacious modern room, an unexpectedly stylish hotel. Ideally placed near the centre of Vichy with excellent food and staff who speak English if necessary. Would recommend without hesitation

“Wonderful cheery and helpful staff, it’s basic but excellent value for money in a great location!”
The bed was so comfortable, I had an amazing nights sleep, the courtyard garden is very cute.
