A very comfortable place in the centre of Vichy. The room was spacious and clean. Staff is super kind helpful. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful building- former Palace so very Grand in scale and detail

We stopped here completely by chance, but we are so thrilled to touch the history of the Aletti Palace. The hotel isn't brand new, but that's a mere trifle compared to its atmosphere, after all, this is where the whole beau monde hung out, including Diaghilev, Anna Pavlova, and Strauss! The room feels like a real palace, and the huge windows swinging open onto a balcony facing the Opera are simply magical!

Location, location, location and the imagination of glorious days in the past. While everything is very clean and well-kept, the ambiance is charmingly dated. The bar is cool, wood panelled with stained glass windows, a very reasonably priced menu and a jolly bartender.

Such a pleasure to stay in thiis beautiful palace hotel, a real grand dame. Beautiful pool and the location was the best on the city.

The place is a gem. It’s rare to be able to stay at a little piece of history. It’s elegant and the team are so kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our family stay and we will definitely be back.

Good sized room in a great location. Lots of restaurants close by, and a short walk to both good shopping and the river. The hotel was right beside the opera house and the well kept square. It was easy to park, although no parking on site, and it took a little while to get the hang of the parking app. Parking charges were reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the room was serviced daily. We stayed here for Ironman 70.3, and this was about a 40 minute walk to the start.

We loved the grandness, and hope it still will be there when we visit Vichy next.
