Beautiful little city hotel. Designed to the tiniest details, such as coat hangers, slippers, and wall posters. I still feel happy with a memory of scented body milk. Hotel staff is beyond pleasant and helpful. Public parking is easy in the area. The city centre is around the corner, and most of the beauty of Palladio's legacy in Vicenza is within walking distance. The light Italian breakfast that they offer in the lounge is nice and well worth the price. Coffee in the lounge is excellent! I am convinced I will be back every time I am in the area.

“Very positive and comfortable”
The location of the hotel is very central, 5 min walk to Palladio. Cleanliness is excellent. Initially we booked a small room with breakfast — the hotel got in touch afterwards stating that they won’t be able to serve breakfast for a while and they could give us a free upgrade to make up for it. We got to stay in a bigger room and they were serving croissants, coffee and orange juice in a room in the lobby area for guests’ comfort. First night we had an issue with the heating of the room so the staff immediately gave us a Dyson heater and offered to change the room. They didn’t charge us for the first night. Although there were some mishaps, the attentiveness and positive attitude of the staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We would def come back.

Breakfast was good but more information should be given on possibilities of a cooked breakfast. Perhaps a toaster could be made available.more lighting on stairs. Position of TV in room 101 is not good. As it is a hazard.

Great location in the heart of Vicenza, a walk away from everything. Tasty breakfast. Great shower in the bathroom. Stylish hotel. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check-in quite late.

“A luxury hotel, without the expense.”
The entrance room is SO welcoming; cool; hip, and practical. Having books and newspapers is so welcome. Everywhere was impecably clean and our room was lovely and bright. The staff were happy to organise an electric bike and various taxis for us; and they recomended Ceppo for lunch which was exceptional. They made our stay so easy. Thank you.
