It had everything on the spot (shop, bus stop, nice resturant etc.) It was super clean, towels and bed sheets changed every night. The rooms were modern and cosy. Good breakfast and very nice staff.

Our room was v spacious & v clean . The bed was comfortable & It was great having a balcony

The pool was not open and the air conditioning not working even though it was over 27 C in the room. Th lack of pool and air conditioning was not mentioned in the hotel listing. We demanded to refund us on this basis but we were refused. The staff was helpful but the owner absolutely not.

It was very nice. The reception is open 24/7. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The bathroom had everything necessary: towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer. There was a spa with a pool and sun loungers on the large terrace. Tasty breakfast. Close to shop, restaurant, and the bus stop.

Comfortable room, great breakfast facilities. Staff were very friendly and approachable. We were able to drop luggage at the hotel while our room was being prepared for check in. The location was excellent for our needs - right across the road from the football stadium.

“Fixed feelings”

We have visited this hotel for the second time, and we left with really mixed feelings this time. There were nice features which were counterweighed in every category by a disaster. POSITION: Even though it does not look like it, it is really close to the centre of Vicenza (10-15 min walking) as well as the Villa Rotonda and the Villa ai Nani. Also, it is easily accessible by car, with spacious free parking. ROOMS: Our second room was acceptable. STAFF: The reception staff were really kind, professional and helpful. BREAKFAST: Breakfast was available and edible (that is the only positive regarding breakfast).

Good hotel, about 30 minutes walk from the wonderful, historic old town of Vicenza. Parking good in a parking lot beside the hotel. Lovely greeting from Reception, very friendly. Clean comfortable room, good aircon. Super breakfast with very nice service and a chat with waiting on staff and family. Really enjoyed staying here.. Felt very welcome.

“Grazie mille”

Easy for parking. My kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool when coming back from visiting different places. Everybody was super nice with us, particularly the young guy at the reception: he looked for information to organize a day at the mountains for us and the plan was awesome. Breakfast was also delicious

Fantastic stay here, the best place ever , staff could not do enough for us , glass off cool water on arrival, room was exceptional, fantastic facility jacuzzi and hot tub outstanding , breakfast was unbelievable, fantastic choice all you can eat, nothing was to much trouble for the staff , 100% recommend this hotel.
