“Stress and rudeness”
When we did the booking we had an issue with our card. We contacted the owner to ask what to do and she was really impolite, thinking we were trying to scam her, treating us really rudely, saying things like "I don't even care if you come" and we have proof of her messages saying this in case is needed. We went at the end only because we weren't allowed to cancel it. She definitely ruined our small vacation, and a nice place cannot compensate a really rude attitude.
