A really well put together apartment that has thought of all the details. Smartly furnished it is perfectly located next to the park, a short walk from the beach and a well stocked supermarket nearby. I only stayed one night as I was working nearby but would happily spend a couple of weeks here. It has everything that’s needed. Excellent and thoughtful communication by the host makes this a special stay.

Versilia Mia was the perfect place to stay for our short stop in Viareggio. The room was very clean and had all necessary amenities, including a small fridge. Location is central and the building is located on a nice, charming street. Conad City supermarket and a great Pasticceria (Nilo’s) around the corner for coffee and pastry. It was easy to find parking on the street. The hosts were super accommodating and answered questions as well as going the extra mile to help out with a question we had about our arrival. Sparkling clean and an amazing comfortable place. Perfect place to spend your vacation. The big room has two sleeping rooms and will be very comfortable for a family or 3 Adults.

Ease of contact with the owners, immaculate room with very tasteful decor. Location was perfect for us, next to a lovely pineta (park) and supermarket. Very quiet but within a short walk to the passiagetta( promenade). Would highly recommend.
