Great place to stay. Very comfortable, tidy and clean. Location is very good. Quiet street, walking distance from beach, park,supermarket ,restaurants and rail station. Host super helpful.

Large property, sparkle clean and very well located centrally in a quiet street. The beach is only 10 minutes walk away and the supermarket just is just few doorsteps away The house is very well equipped and the host welcoming and helpful.garden space was a great plus.

“Exceptional! Highly recommended”
Really enjoyed staying at this lovely holiday home. Lots of space, clean and well looked after. The outdoor space in the backgarden is nicely furnished with dining table, sofas, and a lounger, all around an ancient olive tree. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area of Viareggio, it was easy to find parking in the street right close to the property. In 10 minutes walk we could reach the beach or the market; while the supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. Check-in/out were very smooth and we appreciated the courtesy of the host which was very welcoming and attentive
