The room was clean, we had everything including towels, shower gel, we could lock the room with key. The room was very cold be we turned on the heat on the radiator and turned it off when we left. The location is perfect, very close to the castle and we had a small grocery shop nearby.

The bed was big and confy.

I was here this summer. I made a reservation through Booking. the cost was 75 euros. I arrived early to check in. The room was clean and tidy. But I could not spend the night here. Why? The door did not close completely. I closed them, but there was a gap through which you could look into the corridor, and vice versa. The door had a glass grill, some of the glass was damaged and so a blanket was hanging there. I also ordered a room with a bath, but there was only a shower. I asked the staff to change my number, but no one spoke English. And they said that it is not possible. The money was also not returned to me. I found another hotel. And was there. Booking did not return the money. I called the owner of the hotel to somehow resolve this situation. But no one picked up the phone.

Did Booking.com in the morning. When I came there the hotel was closed! Nobody answered phone calls. Locals said it was something strange with the place.

The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is ideally located and super easy to find. The guy is really friendly and helpful and the whole place has a relaxed vibe. For the price, it's hard to complain.

The rooms are FILTHY and smell awful. There is a bar downstairs where they seemed to have a group of drunken friends (even though there was a sign on the door saying it was closed). I was with my daughter and we didn't feel safe at all. There is one flimsy door between us and a group of drunken adults.

This hotel is located in the centre of Vianden which is definitely one of the most beautiful towns in Luxembourg. Our room had recently been refurbished and was luxurious and large considering the price we paid. Great double bed plenty of towels, strong WiFi adjustable central hearing and a magical view out of our window. We booked the ensuite and the shower was very powerful. It is possible to park for free on the street close to the hotel. Diekirch is only a short drive or free of charge bus service away so if you need the facilities of a major city or want to go to McDonald's this is possible too. The man who works in reception was extremely helpful and helped assemble our extra child be for us.
