Robys House is an absolute recommendation! The landlord is super friendly and lives in the ground floor, is reachable for any requests at any time but you still have maximum space and rest for yourself: the rental apartments are on the upper floor and have vast rooms with high ceilings and gallant interior elements. The bathroom and the kitchen are properly equipped and the big bed is very comfortable. The best about the flat is the huge balcony from wich you have a fairytale view down into the valley. You can hear a wide range of wild animals and everything seems a bit stuck in time. Breakfast or dinner there is a dream! The house is located perfectly to start adventure around the Lago Isea from there on, every spot of interest is good to reach from there on. Our best compliments, booking a stay here is a VERY good decision!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment near Lake D'Iseo. From the moment we arrived, our host Bruno made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, helpful, and very communicative throughout our stay. As a lovely gesture, he even gave us small gifts when we left, which made the experience feel even more special. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains — a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. You need a car to move around. The apartment is located just 10 minutes from the town of Sarnico, where you can find a variety of restaurants and a beautiful lakeside walk. The location is also very strategic for exploring other nearby lakes such as Garda and Como, making it an excellent base for day trips. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and Bruno was always available to answer any questions. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in northern Italy.

Roby's house is something new and welcomed among the ordinary bookings accommodation. Pictures are equal with reality or above, not like others. We were surprised by the clean apartment (due to small kid) and the size and view from terrace. I honestly like the accommodation in such a quite place with. We have a crib prepared for kid with blanket:) rooms were smelling nicely and equipment in the apartment is wide (microwave, kettle, fridge, plates...) didn't miss anything. We have kid who walks a week with us and made the room safe - no problem for family with kid. We recommend the accommodation for all.

“Calm stay in Iseo with a stunning view”

The owner is amazingly nice, the view from the terrace is stunning. The location is perfect to go to the lake in Sarnico. You can easily catch the ferry that goes to monte isola. The whole appartement was very clean and super comfy.

Great location and very friendly landlord

We felt very comfortable during our stay. Our host Bruno was very friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. A daily Highlight for us was having breakfast on the porch which included the best view to watch the sun rise in the morning. The area is quiet and looked amazing. We can definetely recommend this apartment and we will visit it again.

Extremely quiet place at the end of the village, beautiful view, very friendly people, unbelievably clean, well equipped and spacious, great terrace. The bed was comfortable. We were also given some gifts at the checkout (belt and scarf), it was very sweet. Would definitely recommend.
