“Perfect place outside of the city”

The owner lady ( Patrizia)was super kind .the place is in a cool location. If you seek a place to stay in the outside of the city this is a perfect place.

Nice place and location perfect to explorer 5terre! Patricia was a perfect host and Agatha (dog) and Lupo were the favourites of our daughter 🤭! Nice outside area and bbq! We really enjoyed our time ! Thanks so much 🥳

The host was super lovely. Facilities were good, clean and had everything needed. Free parking. Good aircon. The property was close to La Spezia for venturing into cinque Terre (although still need to drive 10 mins to the station)

“Wonderful”

Really lovely family run accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and provided with lots of useful information, particularly regarding our visit to Cinque Terre which was the reason for choosing here as a base. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, access and parking were very straight forward. Although everything was lovely, what stood out for us was the owners, they were so friendly and made us feel so welcome.

“Perfect!”

Perfect Place. We were dreaming of the same to have our own. You have everything you may need - bedroom, bathroom, leaving room with kitchen in a separate house. You can park your car in front of the house (in the backyard of the host house) and have a remote control to the gate to leave when you want. The nearest cities La Spezia and the closest route to Cinque Terre were very convenient.

Nice people. Friendly dogs. Very clean. Equipment in the apartment - everything you need. There is a grocery store in the village with a very good offer.

“Lovely place!”

The hosts were very nice & the property was clean & had all we needed. The one bed apartment consists of a bedroom & a kitchen, no sitting area inside except at the kitchen table which was not a problem as we didn't spend much time indoors. Unfortunately the weather was bad so we were unable to enjoy the lovely garden. Some nice breakfast foods were supplied which was a lovely bonus. The hosts were amazingly helpful when our car wouldn't start due to a flat battery & had a jump start kit which got us on our way.

The hosts are great, it is a very nice family. They were so welcoming. The place is great, the garden is very beautiful. The accommodation is very clean and you have all the commodities. It is very well located in a safe and quiet area, near to the city center. The breakfast was good as well, there was everything. I hugely recommend it

Please put wine glasses in addition to regular glasses to kitchen. All other was good. Hosts were great.

big garden and apartment. very friendly stuff

My wife and I were travelling from Milan to Fallonica and had our overnight stop here. It was very close to the highway by car. The owner was very kind and the room was exactly as in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The shower, kitchen and other facilities were great.
