“Great escape in Italy!”

If you’re looking for an escape in Italy, this is the place. No fuzz, no TV, all in a cute, little village outside of La Spezia. And our balcony on the top floor was absolutely great!

the location of the appartment is just absolutely stunning and we had a balcony to enjoy the beautiful ligurian landscape from. our room was a really good value for money. plus you get free breakfast and you have a mini fridge.

The view from the terrace is amazing. Breakfast is decent.

Davide is a great host! I loved the stay there, he helped me with everything. The place is A+. Nothing bad about the facility or Davide itself. The very narrow Italian roads that leads to the hotel is not the greatest. Be prepared to arrive with a high ground clearence car AND know how to drive in narrow roads. Otherwise 10*.

“We loved it!!”

We were totally blown away by the beauty of the area as we drove uphill to the B&B. The small village is absolutely stunning, and we wished we could stay a bit longer than one night to explore more, but be prepared - no restaurants (if fhere were any more than the one pizzeria we could find on the internet) were open on a Sunday night. We had to go all rhe way downhill and back up to get dinner. Upon entering into the shaded entrance and under the cool, green pergola,we could see it was special. Terracotta flower pots lined the stairs up to the first level and the guest rooms. The newly renovated room was clean and cool, the bed and bedlinen was fabulous, and the fact that there was no hot water didn't bother because of the heatwave. The small complimentary breakfast on the shaded terrace was really enjoyable.

Quality Breakfast, not cheap tourist one. Slice of home made cake, fruits salad and orange juice (industrial but acceptable). Option exist to uprade the breakfast with real orange juice. Coffe machine in the room with their pods. Very nice view. Quiet and confortable, the room are spacious. Sponge and necessary to make a dishwashing. I would add a cooking pot to make own food. The city is nice to visit in free time. The owner gave me an adress to go to a local restaurant which was very good and inexpensive (Osteria delle pietre). I though the check out was a 11h but it's 10 but even if we were late there was no problem to leave room with a small delay (10h30). No problem in the shower. I would add a spare blanket because the gf was cold a night, but we took the blanket from the other bed so it was fine. Very clean appartment and easy check in and out. The host was nice, even if I didn't meet him, all was planned at distance with whatsapp to get the instruction to open door. It was rainy the 2 days I stayed but I will come back.

“Everything was perfect!”

Perfect location, 10minutes by car to the nearby trainstation to La Spezia and then to Cinque Terre. The room was very nice, and the breakfast was perfect!

The accommodation itself is situated in a stunning environment, offering truly breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Every morning, we woke up to beautiful scenery that filled us with peace and joy. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for walks and excursions, which nature lovers will particularly appreciate. Our overall impression of the stay was excellent, and we will certainly be happy to return. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking the perfect combination of great hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and unforgettable views.
