Corinne and her staff create a very relaxed atmosphere in a centuries old, atmospheric hotel which is marked by hospitality and professionalism. The rooms are full of character and charm, everything is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is rich and diverse. The location is perfect, within metres of one of the most beautiful and significant abbeys of medieval times.

Lovely staff. Great room with a great view of the Abbey. Lovely Breakfast. We'd go back. Dog friendly too. A great place from which to explore this exceptional region of France. The hotel had a lovely laid back vibe about it. Very relaxing. Parking is OK (though you might not think so on first sight). So best to call ahead if you are in your own car to get instructions - and it is OK to park right outside the hotel to unload. Don't panic.

Location was excellent - right near the Basilica, the main street and not far from the car park. The room was spacious with a great view out to the Basilica. Communication in the lead up to arrival and when we were there was really good. Great range of food for a delicious breakfast

Amazing small hotel, very beautiful, great location in beautiful Vezalay, close to the amazing basilica. Lovely host and delicious breakfast.

Very comfortable and beautifully appointed boutique hotel in a historic house only a stone’s throw from the Vezelay Basilica with easy parking nearby. Hotel staff were very warm and welcoming, recommended and helped us book an excellent restaurant for dinner. They also recommended where to eat in Troyes (our next destination). Breakfast was an excellent spread - we had so much to eat, we did not need lunch! Room had everything one could need including bathroom slippers!
