Located in the heights of Veyrier-du-Lac, this guesthouse is 7 km from Annecy. It offers air-conditioned rooms, each with a terrace and panoramic views of Lake Annecy and the Alps. Rooms at Le Clos du Lac have polished wood floors and exposed beams. They are decorated with modern art, and equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast on the large terrace before cycling one of the routes around the lake. Le Clos du Lac provides free private parking, and Chamonix Mont-Blanc ski resort is an hour's drive away. Geneva is just a 45-minute drive away.

“Fabulous, well appointed, quiet location, stunning view, loved it!”
The room was very lovely with a view to die for. The location was close enough to Annecy town but was lovely and quiet. There was also a a very pretty little sandy beach a short walk away down to the lake that made the perfect swimming spot with a choice of restaurants there. The room did not come with breakfast included but there was a breakfast delivery service that the host showed us that was great value and delicious. Fabulous get away for my wife and me.

The property is finely decorated with attention to detail. Each apartment has its unique theme and is beautifully presented. The view is one of the highlights of the property - it’s stunning! 🤩 Isabelle (the hostess) is wonderful too - friendly, thoughtful and attentive. It would be a pleasure to visit again in the future and would recommend it to our family and friends. 10/10

“Beautiful room with stunning views and a very welcoming host!”
We arrived late as got stuck at the Mont Blanc tunnel but we were in contact with Isabelle all the way and she was very patient and still welcomed us and immediately we felt at home - Our room was beautiful with a stunning view and Isabelle had thought of pretty much everything you could want - even a beautiful home made cake on arrival. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was 39c outside. We only stayed two nights but we wish it was longer!

Very friendly hostess including good recommendations like critical need to book restaurants (high season). Fantastic location and view. Easy access to property and room with very convenient parking. In room facilities were tip top.
