Amazing location close to Annecy and only 30 min from Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz ski stations, and a short walk down to the lake. The house was great too, with plenty of space for the 6 of us and great views of the lake. The kitchen was also exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The bakery right across the street was delicious, with plenty of options for breakfast and lunch

“Perfect family friendly house on superb Lake Annecy”
Excellent location on the lake & a brilliant house. We had a very enjoyable stay, the house fitted two families of 4 in well. The upstairs kitchen/ living room has a very pleasing view and the kitchen is well equipped.

“Most phenomenal lake side stay near Lac Annecy”
Such a stunning property! Absolute best location - 20m from a fantastic bakery, a ten minute walk to the lake where you can rent a boat, 7 minute walk to bike rentals, most fantastic view, well equipped kitchen and a lovely living room and patio with a view! We had the most phenomenal and excellent stay! The host was also super friendly and easy to contact when we had questions.

“Everything we needed for the perfect French experience!”
The location of the property was perfect for our family. We loved that it was within 30 minutes of several ski fields in the area. The bakery located across the road was also incredible and became a daily routine for our children to practice their French (and for us to indulge). A general store, pharmacy, pizza shop and bar was also within a short 50m walk which was very convenient. Parking was a breeze and easily fit our 9 seater van. Sam (our host) was amazing and really made us feel welcome. The house had everything we needed and with three levels, it really gave us plenty of space. It became a home away from home. We’d definitely stay again.

“Fantastic Holiday Accommodation”
The location (a 5 minute walk to the lakeside) was perfect. Shops to get provisions also on the doorstep. Sam was very helpful with guiding us there. The free bus from Annecy to Talloires was so convenient- we used it almost daily. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful views over the lake. Great location to reach bike parks. Les Gets about 1hr 30 and La Clusaz 40mins. Both have a great selection of mountain bike runs. Would highly recommend this spot. We will come again.
