Located on the right bank of Annecy Lake, this hotel is 250 metres from the beach and the port. It offers free Wi-Fi access and a terrace with panoramic views, just 5km from Annecy town centre. Charming hotel with friendly staff. Amazing view of the lake. We booked a room with shared toilet but were the only ones to use it. We had dinner there both nights and the food was very good.

“Cost effective stay on banks of Lake Annecy”
Great location near banks of Lake Annecy, easy road and bus connections to Annecy. Good restaurant with nice terrace. Good balcony. Easy parking. Actually pretty peaceful. Its a hotel with so much potential.

Perfect place for an overnight stay. Simple and basic but very clean and has everything you need. Good value for money. Very helpful reception person. Restaurant was also very good with perfect views across lake Annecy.

“'classic" hotel for a low budget stay”
I just booked the cheapest room I could find, after being surprised by a rain-drain , which shortened my motorbike trip. The gentlemen at the desk immediately tried to upsell me a 10 euro more expensive room, which had also bathroom and WC attached to it. I refused. Then he offered it to me for only 3 euro extra. I refused. When entering the room, it had a shower ' planted' against the wall and a sink in the corner. Only the WC was next door, and shared with another room. After drying up, I went down and spend my 'saved' 10 quid on a beer. The lady serving , later in the restaurant as well was nice.
