We arrived with a confirmed reservation after a long drive, but after 1.5 hours of waiting, the hotel still could not check us in. Late in the evening, our family had to search for another hotel. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a Marriott property.

The staff were wonderful. Disappointed there was no usb plug to charge my phone, breakfast was just not good. A used coffee was left in the machine. Don’t know if I will consider this location on my next trip to Vernon

The room was a good size. It had a shower/bathtub, which was nice. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping possibilities near by. Most things we needed were within 15min walking distance. Breakfast was good. Could have maybe used a few more options. Very friendly and welcoming front desk employees.
