Situated in a former dairy, this B&B features a big park, a heated outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi internet access in the public areas and in some rooms. The beach is a 25-minute drive away. Rooms at La Laiterie de Fontpatour are all en suite and some have a private balcony or terrace and views of the countryside. Set on 2 floors, the self-catering cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and dining area. A continental breakfast is served daily in the dining room, the park or on the terrace. A fridge is at your disposal if you want to bring your own food. Cots and other children’s facilities are available upon request. A Water Leisure Park can be found 18 km away while La Rochelle is a 25-minute drive from La Laiterie de Fontpatour.

“The best B&B experience in a little piece of heaven!”
From the outside this property looks quite industrial but inside it has been transformed into the most beautiful, calm, welcoming place to stay. The dining room, bedrooms and garden are all thoughtfully and tastefully curated. Patti and Patrick are the kindest, most helpful hosts it is possible to meet who go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great experience. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented - mostly made by Patty with home made yogurt, cakes and jams.

The breakfast was exceptional with many homemade goodies and produce from the local area. The garden was great for the children, with chickens, plenty of toys and a lovely swimming pool.
