“Perfect 2-bedroom base for visits to Verdun and the historic surroundings.”
1. We stayed 5 nights in 2-bed apartment « Paradis » on the 2nd floor. We could hear people moving on the floor above, but not more than expected from an older building (we were not disturbed). 2. The apartment was newly renovated to a high standard. It is spacious and perfectly suited for 2 couples. The bathroom and separate WC are accessed from the passage. It is well equipped throughout. 3. The street is relatively quiet and there is always free on-street parking nearby. The commercial centre of Verdun and the riverside (many restaurants) are 10 minutes walk away. 4. Communications with Guy (the agent) were clear, helpful, detailed and in English.

“The unit was clean and comfortable except for toilet”
Toilet required water buckets to flush toilet. H2o supply to toilet was shut off. Did the folks before me have trouble. Property manager talked with us outside when we were leaving. No one showed up that night to fix toilet.

“Verdun was lively, the apartment was ideally placed to access it, just a bit lacking in comfort.”
The location was great, very close to the town centre and on a quiet side street. The apartment is spacious. It doesn’t really have a bathroom, just a room with a free standing shower, which was fine, and a basin. The toilet is in a different room. There is a very reasonable kitchen. The lounge is spacious and, yes, it does have a large t.v. We managed to park out bikes almost right outside.

De location was amazing, short walk from all the points of interest of the city. Free parking next to the police station 3 min walk. Everything was really clean and we were welcomed with coffee for the coffee machine and croissants

Lovely property, beautifully decorated, everything we needed was there. The instructions given to enter / leave etc were really clear. The property was in a great location, only a short walk to the river. Would definitely stay there again
