It was clean, beautifully appointed with lovely artwork painted by Riccardo the owner who is a very nice and welcoming gentleman. The parking was excellent too, very secure garage giving total peace of mind.

Immaculately clean and well presented. A very pleasant welcome by host Ricardo. Interesting artist who gave us lots of tips for exploring the town and area and places to eat and drink. The accommodation is full of art on walls with a lovely outdoor seating area. A short walk into the town centre made exploring on foot easy and only a shortish drive from the important battlefield sites

Ricardo is an amazing host! The house is picture perfect. Breakfast was lovely. The decor and Ricardo's actual paintings on most walls of the property were outstanding! Would definitely stay again. Verdun is very steeped in history so a full day would be needed. We only had a couple of hours in the evening.

Once inside, the property was delightful. The host, Ricardo is a talented artist and his home reflects his style. We bought a print from him as a reminder of our stay. The bedroom was a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. Ricardo was a wonderful host, he recommended good restaurants and made reservations for us. There was lots of information about tours if the battlefields etc. He was on hand to serve breakfast at whichever time suited his guests.

Friendly hospitality from our host Ricardo. He gave us lots of advice on the battlefields and museums of Verdun and local restaurants in walking distance. Ricardo's works of art was lovely to enjoy in all the rooms also spreading outside into tranquil space for breakfast. His home was perfect for parking our truck in his garage safely.

Ricardo was an amazing host! He took the time to give us recommendations on places to see and where to eat around Verdun. The breakfast was lovely and his home is also beautiful!
