What a wonderful find. Alain and his wife were excellent hosts and a great help recommending the best sites to visit during my short 2 day stay. I was made feel very welcome and told to not be afraid to ask for anything l needed. The facilities were perfect for someone like me that was travelling alone Everything was available beside my room. l was able to prepare my own food, and had the use of a cooker/stove, microwave, fridge and utensils. A beautiful house, old style downstairs, modern decoration upstairs. Common room on top floor with pool table and small kitchen .Very good breakfast where we enjoyed chatting to fellow guests.Lovely swimming pool. Hosts were friendly and knowledgeable . Near to town centre with good choice of restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and we will return.

The owners were very knowledgeable about the history of the area and very happy to spend time talking to us, telling us about the area with some fascinating family history and giving us tips for our all-too-brief stay. Monsieur's command of English was excellent but he was also polite enough to let us practice our rusty French! Also, we arrived much later than we said we would and the owners were very accommodating in that respect, happy to answer emailed queries etc. Madame prepared an excellent breakfast and the use of the pool was the perfect start to our holiday.

Very nice traditional house. Very kind and helpful owners (giving tips for trips, restaurants and even history discussion :-) ). Clean and big rooms. Comfortable beds. Very nice terrase for tasteful breakfast. Water and small sweets provided as welcome gift. Parking space at the property.

The best part of the visit was spending time with the hosts. They were extremely gracious in every way! The offered a traditional French breakfast that exceeded my expectations, and the evening glass of wine simply added to the enjoyment. I recommend this location and hope to visit again.
