Comfortable rooms, especially if you go for the bigger ones. The star of this hotel are the staff; so friendly and Accomodating providing tailored care to each guest. Special shout outs to Michelle at breakfast, Baptiste in the ski shop and the lovely ladies and Felix on the front desk! And the transfer bus team; all super informative and friendly :-)

The pool and hammam were lovely. There wasn't too much chorine in the water which was really pleasant. The massage with Jade was one of the best I've had and she was so kind. The selection of fruit at breakfast was very good. The home-made gluten-free bread was incredible and the chefs were really friendly and warm. The staff were smiley and helpful. The products in the bathrooms and shared spaces were natural and some were biodegradable.

Lovely spa, great breakfast, staff clearly care, concierge service great ... Ski hire in hotel, free shuttle service ... Much positive. Open fires in lounge and spa! Hot tub. Friendly happy staff that actually seem to want to help. Friendly guests. Nice interior and lit up outside.

Very dissapointing taken into consideration that hotel was not full we were given a very small room that wasnt even clean and very tight.

We have been staying at this hotel since last year and we really love it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The person in charge of transportation was also very kind and assisted us a lot with the minivan last year as well. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

The room was just incredible, spacious and with nice view / balcony.

Stayed for 3 nights - Fantastic hotel, very comfortable, excellent spa, extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, great location. Loved our stay in Verbier. Will definitely be back.
