There were children in the SPA. People in SPA didn't take shower before entrering to sauna and jacuzzi. Not acceptable.

The room was great - very comfortable bed, roomy, airy and subtle, general style of the hotel great very chic but not bling with an excellently thought out design/layout in terms of how easy it was to get to the spa and boot room then straight outside with your ski kit, restaurant and bar very cool (great barman), delicious dinner and breakfast, smiley, quick staff. Lovely spar and gym, very clean all round and all staff polite, bright and friendly. Also thought it was good value considering the resort and its central location.

“Felt right at home in Verbier”
Had a phenomenal stay at Hotel de Verbier. The property felt like a cosy chalet, with beautiful rooms and the perfect spa for post-ski relaxation. It is located right at the centre of town, which is a short walk to the main ski lift. The ski room was great and the staff were so helpful and catered to our every request. I also enjoyed the products in the rooms which were high quality. I have previously stayed at a 5* hotel in Verbier, however this was even better and worth every penny. Felt right at home, and will be definitely coming back when in Verbier again!

Great location and super. friendly staff accommodating to our needs at all times. Including if we arrived a bit later for breakfast, the staff was very nice and always happy to serve.

The hotel is located in the centre of Verbier, the rooms are comfortable. We ate at the restaurant linked to the hotel called intenso. The staff are really helpful and friendly
