Fantastic central location. On a noisy street, but I didn't mind because the location was great. Breakfast wasn't included but the hotel cafe, which opens at 8am, does great healthy breakfasts.

Very good location within walking distance to the main sights and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to find and quick check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for money and wifi seemed to work well. AC in the room and hot water in the shower.

“Corta estancia en Veracruz”
The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful , one of them helped me to book an ADO ticket on her computer since it didn't work out on my cellphone but...without any result again. Large room, good lighting, good shower with hot water, excellent location. For the price...you wouldn't find any better in Veracruz. Also, the breakfast at the adjacent restaurant is just awesome and the coffee is first class ,all of that at a fair price.

Nice hotel, only 1 minute to the Zócalo. Very friendly staff, the lady at the reception changed at my request immediately the bulb of the bedside lamp, which was out of order.

“A basic, affordable, pet-friendly hotel in the heart of the city.”
The location for exploring the city was super, and, although the hotel is right downtown, it was very quiet at night. The staff was very nice, and our doggie enjoyed being with us.

“Good accommodation in the center of Veracruz.”
I was able to check in earlier than expected which helped a lot since the travel was exhausting and I was terribly exhausted. The staff is very nice, the WiFi works well in every area. Air conditioning works, too.

Staff great especially Silvia. Our first night was in a room overlooking the street and was very noisy. Silvia instantly changed our room to a much quieter one the following day and could not have been more helpful. Great location.
