This is a lovely place to stay very friendly and welcome on arrival. All the facilities we needed a great shower and a kettle after a long hot day cycling. Nice lounge area to relax in and table and chairs for eating our dinner. We would recommend staying here for the Normandy Beaches.

Our host was lovely and welcoming and we had a few laughs using translator. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the only nearby restaurant was closed during our stay. I would recommend this property for exploring DDay beaches and Bayeux.

Clean and cosy. Good value. Close to beach and ten minute walk to small supermarket, bar and boulangerie. The restaurant nearby is very good value for money with a meal for two plus drinks Eur50. Microwave, small fridge and kettle provided. The accommodation is part of the owner’s home but separated by its own door giving complete privacy. No problem parking in the free car park across the road.

CLean and convenient for the British Normandy D-Day celebrations.

I arrived by bus from Bayeux train station. It is just 2 minutes from the bus stop. It is also 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and within 15/20 minute walking distance from a lovely little bakery, supermarket and the British Normandy Memorial. There is also a restaurant over the road which does lovely food. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed, Francoise was lovely greeting me warmly on arrival and was on hand if needed.

Wonderful owner and super helpful and friendly. Great room and super clean - comfiest bed in 10 days. First hotel/accommodation which had instant coffee and teas in 10 days. Great for parking a motorcycle outside the room and is situated very near to the British Normandy Memorial. I arrived very late and couldn't find anywhere to get some food before finding Emmanuel in a mobile pizza van around 2200hrs called Normandia Pizza which was a godsend. Great accommodation for a quick pitstop.

There was no breakfast. Difficult to find, but the locals helped us out. An unusual, but quaint place - gave us ideas to use at home!
