“Beautiful, comfortable and calm house”

We had a lovely stay at Nina‘s place. The house was extremely beautiful and cosy and there was absolutely nothing missing. The best part is the location - very calm and quiet and you can see the ocean from the balcony! The host, Nina, was incredibly kind and helped us guide our trip with numerous recommendations and tips! We can only recommend the place, especially with dogs - our dog loved it too!

Fantastic place for holidays. Lovely, but not too small house at the mountains high above the Riviera from Opatija. You are fast in the Učka mountains and at the beaches. Great oven for cold days. Nice Napoleon Barbecue. Lovely panoramic view down to Rijeka.. Still a quiet place where you can hear the birds.. Well equiped house with a nice bath tub.. And the best is Nina: Always friendly and have always a hint for i nice hike or place. All was perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect, a quiet place to rest, the house was well equipped, the hostess gave us tips on possible trips, restaurants and the best beaches. Everything was absolutely great, I definitely recommend it.

“Relaxing two weeks in a nice little house with a very friendly guest host.”

We stayed for two weeks at the little Villa Fani. The house is located up in the hills above the town of Icici with a beautiful outlook on the sea and the city of Rijeka. Especially in the evenings. Our guest host Nina was very kind and supported us with everything we needed (tips four trips and nice beaches, good locations for lunch or dinner etc). The house has everything you need on a new and high standard, even if the weather is a little bit cooler (heatings and climate). A special highlight for us was the outdoor chinmey, which we used often in the evenings. If you want to relax, Villa Fani is perfect. Absolutely calm with no traffic or many people around. Nice beaches are good to reach if you drive along the coastal road.

Very clean, cozy and spacious. the downstairs stays cool during hot weather and the upstairs has air conditioning. Dishwasher, washing machine, as well as needed taps and cleaning Produkts just in case. The property has a small but beautiful view, a dining area outside and even a fireplace outside for the perfekt vibe during a nice dinner. Shower was amazing. Host made it an amazing experience, welcoming us with a homemade herb liquor, a wine and lots of recommendations of what to do, where to go and what to see.

“Oasis of peace”

A great place for people who value comfort and privacy. You will find everything you need here. The building has a history after a major renovation, everything is new and clean, tastefully arranged. The owners are very nice people who want you to spend your vacation in the best possible way. We will definitely come back here.
