Close to all the necessary places like shops, market etc. The apartment is a bit small, but it has everything you need and it's beautifully decorated.

“a seemingly recently renovated studio apartment close to the centre and very decent for its price”
The location is good - it's quite close to the bus terminal and the old town. a grocery store is around the corner. Self check-in/out was also quite simple.

“Great value for money.”
Very comfortable small studio apartment on the 5th floor (no elevator). Very clean and nicely designed. Staircase not to be rated as that is five floor building. It is clean but with a lot of funny colors, so people might be surprised while walking up to the stairs. But it is so usual in such soviet time buildings. But when you enter into the apartment, it is so nice and you feel like at home. It has nice views from the window as well. There are also 2 floor bed is available, in case someone is traveling with 2 kids. There is also small washing machine is available. And tea, coffee, drinking water as well.
