“Very bad services and very inconvenient for families to stay and not feel safe!”

The advertisement said 3 full bathrooms with 6 bedrooms, but actually only 2 toilets, 5 bedrooms. One of the toilet no blind and the glass window could easily see through, we used the black plastic bag to cover with one of the light easily moving desk to cover, the manager said no to us! The rubbish bins were full when we arrived can’t through the trash into the bins! The blinding door were easily fall off, almost fall on the kid head! When we contact the manager about those issues, they returned with very rude and unfair words! They talked about we held more than acceptable numbers of guests, in ads they said sleeps 12 people, we only came two small families with 3 adults and 3 kids. They said when we made the booking did not tell them the truth, we should not use all bedrooms, but we did pay the full price why can’t we use the whole property! We won’t book the property never ever again!!!

We loved our family getaway here. The home is exceptionally clean and beautifully set out. It is just as wonderful for young children as it is for adults. There is a safe backyard for little ones with plenty for them to do.It is quiet and peaceful but just down the road from the beach and walks. The hosts are friendly and responsive.
