“Very bad experience”

The location is the only thing this place has going for it. Everything else was extremely disappointing.

It was clean. Breakfast was ok. No lactose free products. Location ok, not so near the city. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room is nice, views super. Recemented to anyone.

“A gem of a B&B!”

Fantastic B&B, not too far from the train station (we're 67 and 70 and had suitcases and the walk was fine) in a nice location overlooking the river. The property sits on a medieval tower, it's a very interesting building and the owner has renovated it very sympathetically. We loved his choice of furniture and collection of interesting objects - there's also a huge collection of Lego on display. We had a comfortable sitting room, a lovely big shower room and a bedroom upstairs on a mezzanine. There were views across the river to the new town and the historic old town was a short walk up the hill. The breakfast was great, and the owner works hard to ensure his guests are happy. Overall, it was very obvious how much love, care and attention is given to this little gem of a B&B, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Ventimiglia is a lovely town, and we hope to return - we would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille Luca per la tua ospitalità!

Beautiful renovated quirky apartment Close to train, buses and waterfront

A beautifully furnished B+B with a very comfortable room with a nice view over the bay. Quite close to the town centre but a bit uphill if you are carrying a bag! The owner also recommended a restaurant nearby which was first class. The Lego display is quite something!

Excellent location: right at the beach and beautiful views from the room as well as right in the centre of town. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was cosy and spacious & the interiors of the building very tasteful and exquisitely italian. Another thing I liked about this accommodation was that you have easy access to the breakfast room from your bedroom and hence, access to the coffee maker there. So, you can grab a cup of coffee, take it to your room and drink it there in peace while enjoying the view from your window. Total bliss.

Luca was super friendly and although we arrived early he was accommodating letting us leave our bags whilst we went for lunch and explored the old town.

Little antique objects, perfect location near the harbour and old town, superb room, very welcoming owner etc. Will return for sure.
