I loved everything about this property. It was close to the train station, all the sites, ocean and restaurants. The apartment was renovated and modern providing everything you need for a perfect stay. The host, Carlos, was amazing. Communication prior to arrival was very informative including detailed information on the sites to see and recommended restaurants. We were greeted on checkin. Carlos was also very quick to respond when we checked out and inadvertently left some things in the apartment. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

A very modern and comfortable apartment. Air conditioning works well, lots of little extras in the kitchen, great restaurants and supermarket nearby. Short stroll to the waterfront. Carlo is super helpful and extremely responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Carlo met us and showed us around the lovely spacious well appointed apartment. He gave us comprehensive information about Ventimiglia and surrounds and even texted me a walking tour itinerary of the medieval part of the town. Highly recommend you stay here if you visit Ventimiglia.

We had a wonderful time on our short visit to Ventimiglia. Carlo, our host, was so kind and thoughtful and helped us make the most of our time with great recommendations on where to eat and visit. He provided lots of history about the area which we appreciated. We didn't speak Italian but communication was made easy via translated WhatsApp messaging. Carlo was so obliging as our travel plans became delayed. The apartment is beautiful and clean and we wish we could have spent longer here.

Super apartment presented to a very good standard and conveniently located for all of Ventimiglia’s amenities. Carlo is a very welcoming and helpful host with lots of useful suggestions for things to see and do around Ventimiglia. I could have happily stayed for another week. Highly recommended!

“Lovely apartment in a good location”

Lovely apartment, very spacious with everything you need. Nice terrace to sit out in the evening. Great location close to shops, market and train station. Super kind and welcoming host who went out of his way to help with everything, nothing too much trouble. Thank you! ..…in reply to your response to me having mentioned your ‘super loud microphoned singing neighbour!’ I feel that it’s important to give a totally honest and genuine review for fellow travellers. I therefore believe the overall score of 8 out of 10 is positive and more than balanced based on extensive travels around the globe and experience of other rentals and locations especially in this region.

“The best place on my trip”

Of the 8 or 10 places where I stayed during my month of travel, this was the best. Every small detail was carefully thought out. The well-equipped kitchen was appreciated, as well as the washing machine. Carlo couldn't have been more considerate. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was good. The Wifi was excellent. There were many outlets in convenient locations. I would happily recommend the apartment.

“Perfection!”

Our hosts had thought of everything and Carlo provided a warm welcome, plus lots of information about the area. It was a short walk from the train station, not far from the sea, and we found some pleasant bars and restaurants only a stroll away. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, with the benefit of two balconies and very good air conditioning.
