Reception staff were really helpful. Large family room. Super comfortable beds. A few restaurants in close proximity. Perfect for an overnight stay on route to the Alpes.

I have stayed in ACE HOTEL in Metz, which was a great experience. So I booked this hotel in Lyon expecting the same quality from the chain. But this was like staying at Metz hotel's poor cousin. For example, there were only bath towels, there was no drain plug in the sink, less pillows, wires from TV out, curtains hanged badly, heating very super loud, etc... All small details which all together made a big difference. The breakfast was very good. Even if a couple of vegetables would have been much appreciated.
