Well furnished, spacious flat in a quiet area and great access to Rialto, San Marco, Canareggio, Accademia. Our host, Carla, was absolutely brilliant - helpful, rapid comms, and met us at the vaporetto stop to guide us to the accommodation. I can't praise her enough! Good provision of kitchen and bathroom supplies (tho if you are like me, with sensitive skin, take your own, as the shampoo etc has no ingredients shown). Very comfortable and elegant. High quality towels and bedding and - hurrah! - a range of pillows. Good kitchen, so you can take advantage of the nearest supermarket (10 mins away) and Rialto fish market.

“Disappointing stay.”

The photos show a bright apartment which looks quite modern but it was dark and old fashioned. It states to leave the windows shut but our bathroom window had been left open on arrival so there were numerous mosquitoes in every room. The stairs were steep leading to the apartment door. We were also told to take out our own rubbish to the bins.

Lovely apartment. Every tiny detail had been considered. An extra special thank you to Carla who kept in touch before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The best service we have received during any holiday we have taken. Highly recommended.

A great cosy warm and comfortable apartment in a perfect location yet in a quiet spot. Walking distance to the San Samuel vaperetto stop. Check in with Matteo was easy and timely. It felt like we were living like locals. We loved the comfy bed and bath robes

Location was perfect. Apartment was really nice

The host was very helpful, explaining which boat to take to get there and provided directions to the apartment with pictures. She also gave us a tour of the property and explained how everything worked. The apartment was clean, large and had all neccessary items. It felt like we were staying in a real Venecian home. We loved it.

“Perfect for one or two couples to visit Venice”

Staff support for getting from airport to apartment then checking in was brilliant. Then location in central ‘real’ Venice could not be better. This was a perfect combination of private apartment with hotel facilities (guest services, hotel linen and all the amenities)

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. There was everything we needed for our stay in Venice. Towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, shaver, umbrellas, coffee, air-con and tips from the host. The location was great.

Hand over of key was very easy. Instructions worked well. Easy communication via whatsapp. But you have to be on time as host is waiting for you on site, so no flexibility here Great location.

The place was just so wonderful, homey and cozy. The host was so friendly and warm and put us at ease. The place was situated in the neighborhood that was quiet, which was what we needed. However, it was within walking distance to many of the places.
