“Super quiet, spatious apartment full of light. Will come again.”
Great communication with the manager, even as our arrival plans changed due to traffic, she was very professional and flexible given our situation. The equipment of the apartment was perfects. Beds among the most comfortable we experienced across multiple different accommodations in Venice, perfect cleanliness. The apartment was very light, esp. for Venice. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it's 13 minute walk to Rialto and 5 minute walk to Fondamente Nove.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very cosy, well equipped, very quiet. Close to supermarket and vegetable/fruit shop. Close to vaporetto stations. Walking distance to all main attractions. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

“Excellent little apartment with good main bedroom, lift and great location”
Great location in a good part of Venice, convenient yet quiet. Good to have a lift for our heavy luggage. Very small kitchen, and one small lounge but we were just 2 so it was fine. Smallish balcony area but plenty of room for 2-4. Good washing machine, handy and good to have a clothes dryer to hang the clothes on.

A beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Tatiana was super prompt with our queries & always on hand to help. She had lots of recommendations for bars, restaurants & tours. We were very happy with the service.

We were met by the apartment representative, who was very pleasant and helpful, at the station and she made it very easy to get there. Rooms were clean and cozy. Location was fantastic.

“Lovely place”
Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet location. Property had everything one needs. Really nice and clean. A bit high price for a stay during the Venice Carnival but other than that we recommend it. Can comfortably accommodate a family of four. The host was nice and accommodating. Met us at the stop and subsequently helped us find our way when lost. Thanks!

Very clean, great area with lots of restaurants, easy check in, air conditioning cooling which we needed and a washing machine.
