“Not worth the money”

Location was great. Was met at the water taxi and shown to the property. Was clean and comfortable. One air conditioning was situated in the living room and the other in the hallway. None in the bedrooms which made it really uncomfortable to sleep at 32degrees. If we left the bedroom door open for the air conditioning to reach the rooms it was really loud and shaky so we couldn’t win at sleeping ! I had to leave a Eur150 deposit for breakages. The washing machine stopped mid cycle which I reported straight away and sent pictures . To be told then they will be keeping the deposit to cover a call out charge for the machine ! Where are your landlord appliance insurances ? Why am I being charged for this ? What if the fridge broke or the microwave , would this be the customers fault too ? Very disappointed with how they have communicated since and not returned the EUR150. It wasn’t cheap to stay there and feel completely let down.

Loved everything about our property clean bright modern but tucked away in a courtyard . We felt right at home but it felt special because we were about 200metres away from the world famous Rialto Bridge. Also you can get the Allaguna from Rialto back to the airport which was fab.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Venice.We were met near the bus stop. It is very convenient that there are 2 bathrooms. Definitely recommend

Location is excellent. Close to San Marco. Supermarket literally next door (hard to find so ask). 5 min walk from Sant Agnello pontoon with direct access to and from Airport on Allilaguna Orange Line €15 each way. Lovely wee gelato shop at front door.
