“Lovely apartment in a gorgeous location and great host!”

The apartment is lovely and in a lovely area of Venice, which is a little less busy as it is not too central - something we liked. Giovanni was a great host and kept in touch with us regularly prior to our arrival. He met us at the valporetto stop and walked us to the apartment also sending lots of information and recommendations about the area and showing us around the apartment. The apartment was a great size for 3-4 people with two spacious bedrooms, a sitting area and kitchen/dining room. It was well looked after and very clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

“Perfect Dream Holiday”

The appartment is very central with a supermarket round the corner which made it very practical and perfect as a location. The view was Gorgeous and we enjoyed every moment we spent in the appartment. The beds where VERY comfortable and everything was extra clean. Our Host was lovely and came to meet us near the Tragetto Stop as soon as we arrived. We will definatly rent out the same appartment if we return to Venice as we have only positive things to say. There is a park 5 minutes away as well as a kids play area! The appartment is a couple roads away from one of Venice's Main Roads -Via Garibaldi which is packed with great restaurants and bars for Aperittives.

Beautiful modern flat in a really good but quiet location. There were bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk but you could look out over a quiet canal. The vaporetto was about a 10 minute walk away.

The property was in Castello area. Nice and quiet and very easy access to 2 vaporetto stops on the 5.1/5.2 line. The supermarket is next door. Facilities in the apartment were excellent and clean. The host was amazing.

A mosquito net on the windows is really needed. Apart from that no other major negative remarks. Would recommend it for group travel. :)

Amazing location, loved the area; very quite and beautiful but close enough to shops and restuarants.

Communication with the host was great, she provided us with all necessary information, shared tips on what to visit and recommended some nice restaurants and bars. The apartment was nice, clean and we had all we needed during our stay.

Hosts were great via WhatsApp and then in person. Met us at the Vaporetto stop to take us to the apartment. Quiet safe location just a few mins walk from via Garibaldi with lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Great view from the kitchen and main bedroom. Perfect for a family of 4. 30 seconds walk from a cheap local mini supermarket.

Well appointed apartment with everything you would need. Ideal for a small group. A little out of the central tourist area but still very accessible and for us the location was a positive. The place was nice and warm for our stay during the winter. Lovely view from the kitchen and master bedroom

The communication between hosts and us was fantastic. We were met off the boat, shown to the accommodation and given a tour of it. We were given recommendations of places to eat. The accommodation is great, very comfortable. The view out to the canal is beautiful. We really enjoyed the area, perfect for eating out, bars, transportation and walking. Highly recommend

Our host was excellent, our plane was delayed so we arrived later then planned he met us at the boat stop and walked us to the apartment pointing out good places to eat. He messaged the next day to check everything was ok and messaged at the end of our stay to wish us safe journey. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

“Beautiful area, great apartment , would highly recommend”

The property was light, airy, clean, and the facilities perfect for us.. a family of 4 travelling with one teen and a 20 year old. The air conditioning was very welcome as was the washing machine which we did only use once as it was really noisy, but hanging out washing over the canal was a novelty! The chimes of the local church just across the way seen from the kitchen window were just fantastic . The very busy Venice streets were just a 20 min stroll away and we found the apartment lovely and quiet ( and cool)after a busy day! The host was fantastic . Met us at the jetty just below the apartment and showed us the nearest supermarket and gave us some great recommendations which we did take up for evening meals. Would definitely stay there again!

The host was very friendly and on time for our arrival. They shared useful information ahead of our arrival to help with the journey. The apartment is really neat, clean and comfortable. It had all the required comforts and so much more! Rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The views were beautiful and made our visit really special. We felt at home right away and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in Venice!
