Hi, I stayed in your hotel from 31st of August until 5th of September in room number 3302. And I had a rose gold necklace, traditional style rose gold necklace, wrapped in a tissue. It was among my stuff. After the cleaners came and gone, I couldn't find it. I checked out yesterday. I still can't find it. Could you please just search your hotel or whatever lost and found items you have? Because I don't have it with myself. I've lost so many stuff when I came to your hotel. Could you please make sure that you search your stuff properly? Because this is a necklace. It's a memorial from my late mother. I lost my mom. And it's very important for me. This is a necklace which is very, very special for me. I really appreciate if you could search properly and find it. Kind regards Ayda Niazi

There was nothing not to like about this place! The hotel, facilities, staff, location, and food & drink were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and the butler team (in particular Gorgo) couldn't do enough for you. Every time they seen you, they engaged and offered many suggestions, arranged trips, restaurant bookings etc. The views from the garden terrace are outstanding. If you are going to Venice, stay here!
