The Sandolo apartment was just what we needed as a family of three. Plenty of space, beautifully appointed and the aircon was super helpful in a mini heatwave in May! The location was great - close to restaurants, ice cream shops, cafes and a mini supermarket for provisions. But also in a quiet area so we were not disturbed by other tourists or noisy traffic. Venice is so walkable and we were minutes away from many wonderful things to see and do. Perfect for our Biennale visits! Many thanks to Bahar for the many recommendations for and helpful advice!

Beautiful and well equipped apartments. Bahar is the best host I’ve ever had. Just be aware that Puparin apartment may be not the best option for people with sensitive sleep, it faces a square and canal that could be noisy at night sometimes. The view was fantastic!!!

“Overall a good place to stay for the price.”
stayed in the two bedroom apartment which had two bathrooms. Location of the place was really good - very easy to navigate. It was a clean and safe space. The beds were really comfortable. The host was extremely lovely - gave us lots of tips and ideas and also helpful when we requested for extras like toilet paper etc. and overall the place was clean and tidy when it was given to us.

“Perfect for our ladies trip to Venice”
Great location- 10 min walk to touristy places, 10 mins to local areas. Perfect for boat to murano/burano. Very clean, specious, modern and kind and helpful staff. Kitted out with everything you need. Great communication.

“Excellent service, safe, clean, and well equipped.”
Excellent location and great for friends travelling as a group or families. We had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so perfect for two couples. Bahar was fantastic and arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on early for us. She also helped to organise a water taxi to the train station for our departure. We didn’t cook but the apartment had all you would need if you were wanting to eat in. Close easy walking distance to everything. We felt safe walking at night and lots of good restaurants close by.

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Nicely tucked away from the busy streets but only a short walk away. The view from the balcony was 10/10 and ~ Special mention to Bahar who really made us feel special 11/10!

“A gem if a find, I would definitely recommend”
Ah the place was absolutely fabulous, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Location was brilliant. Valeria has contacted us after we booked and made sure we have all the info and we were net by another lovely lady Bahar at the property. She was an absolute superstar and nothing seemed too much trouble. We are already looking for dates for a return visit. Thanks so much to everyone

We arrived in Venice in the morning, and luckily we were able to arrange with the hotel to leave our luggage in the storage room. When we left, we were able to check out late, which was also a huge help! 10 out of 10 for the staff! The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped, and very easy to reach by public transportation. Everything you need is nearby! Yet it’s quiet, located away from the hustle and bustle.
