Central location, clean facility, good breakfast layout. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Hotel had its own boat dock.

“Splendid time at the Splendid”
We had a lovely time at the Splendid. The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfy and everything was nice and clean. The bathrobe and slippers were great and we loved getting back to the room to find chocolates each night! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Beautiful room and a very central location. Close to everything but still quiet enough to get a good night rest. Staff were incredibly helpful & the restaurant is perfect - I recommend dinner there.

“Good hotel but customer service could be better.”
Location was perfect for sightseeing. Hotel has its own entrance directly on the canal so you can arrive by boat. Breakfast was good with good selection.

The location is amazing, 3-5 minutes walk from everything. Either Piazza San Marco, or The Rialto or the shopping area. All super near. Also, good breakfast and kind staff.

Perfect service, really good location, nice and quiet room with full size bathroom and comfortable bed. Only one missing thing-no natural products for women!!! Shower set, cap, gel etc, even gloves for cleaning shoes, but no pads for women! 😭

“Best location in Venice.”
We travelled with my friend just for one night and booked two rooms. We got an upgrade to a separate block of two amazing suites and also a late check out for one of them. The staff is amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and give you a feel of staying in the palace though fully equipped with modern facilities. The location is perfect, on a small canal, between San Marco and Rislto Bridge. We will be back for sure!
