The hostess is super nice and accommodating. Before arriving I got all the infos on how to get to the apartment via WhatsApp from her and because we arrived quite early with the train, she even let us check in early! Thank you for the great stay at your apartment :)

Location, good communication prior to our stay and allowed us to check-in early. Apartment was ideal for us.

Paola was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. We had a faulty shower head that she replaced very quickly. The location was very good, easy to access from the train station by water bus and easy to talk to the busier spots by foot.

“Good enough”

We were lucky, we were given the keys much earlier than the stated check-in time. Very nice owner Daniele, told us everything and showed us where to go, gave excellent recommendations for food. Good location of the apartment, easy to get to by taxi. The bed is large and comfortable and good heating throughout the apartment.

Perfect and smooth communication with the hosts, received some recommendations what to see / where to eat. The location is in a quite neighbourhood, easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was fully equipped.

Amazing Apartment and friendly hosts. The location in Venice was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the sea. Also a lot of nice local restaurants in the surrounding area where you could buy dinner and have breakfast for decent prices! We walked everyhwere from here and did not use public transport / water taxi once.

The building itself has a very poor isolation. During one of the nights the neighbors had a party until 3:50 am and nobody could sleep. It feels like you are in the same apartment with other flats.

The location was quiet and the apartment was a nice size.

Host met us at apartment. Let us in early and gave us excellent directions to get to apartment that was tricky to find. Host then gave us ideas about where to visit and eat in less touristy areas. Apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Would absolutely recommend to others. Also, Dorsoduro is close to San Marco but not crazy busy.

“Lovely apartment in Dorsoduro”

Loved Dorsoduro. You felt a million miles from the hustle and bustle when it was only two stops away on the waterbus, which was a short walk away from the apartment. It provided great access to other islands like Lido and Murano too. Loved watching the kids running around. It was very much a family area. The unit was great. Nice and roomy and beautifully presented, making it feel like home away from home. We had a comfy bed and a well appointed kitchen. Bit of a walk to restaurants but being right next to the university there were a couple of cafes a short walk away. The washing machine was a bonus. Paola and Daniele were super helpful. They were great hosts

“Comfortable apartment in Santa Marta”

Location is not in a tourist zone but is excellent for walking to St Marks. It is quiet and in a local community. Good bed good shower.

Well equipped and spacious apartment in a pleasant and strategic position - quiet neighbourhood but well connected to the main arrival points in Venice, with some nice bars and restaurants in walking distance.

A quiet location, but very close to public transport links. A large, comfortable space. Fully equipped. Friendly owner and person that met us with the keys.
