The host provided excellent instructions and was very responsive to our communications. The location of the property was excellent and close to restaurants and ferries - just a short ride to Piazza San Marco.

“Nice play to stay”
Small clean room but well looked after in a good location. Short walk through canals and next to San Toma water ferry service. Few stairs to get up not too bad.

“A memorable stay in Venice, always one of our favourite places. This room added to the experience.”
Location to the River buses and generally within the heart of Venice. The room was fabulously prepared with additional snacks, condiments and coffee and tea making facilities. It also had excellent air conditioning which was needed at times due to the fantastic weather.
