Very nice apartment, located in the heart of the city, but on a quiet street. Supermarket and bars are round the corner. Apartment has all you need - all kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, RAI play TV. And even more - even the welcome bottle of Procecco. The host is very pleasant, always in touch for any questions.

Location was great. A short walk to the water taxi stop. Our hosts met us there on arrival and helped us with other transport information. Apartment was really well equipped and contained everything you needed. Hosts maintained contact throughout the stay and were lovely!

Very friendly and efficient hosts. Excellent location in one of the best neighborhoods in Venice, Dorsoduro. Everything is within walking distance and the area is very safe. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. Charming, very pleasant, and very clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. I would rate it 9.5/10 for a 3-night stay at the end of July 2025.

This accommodation was perfect for our stay in Venice. The hosts were just lovely going out of their way to help us find the place and get in with minimal fuss. They remained communicative for the entire stay. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Silent place but close to a city center, clean and dry house, kitchen with rich equipement like home, Stock of clean towels. Many pubs and cafés nearby, also grocery store 200m from house. Simple heating, very pleasant in cold days. Available umbrellas for guests. Very polite host Carolina.

The location was very good. Close to good restaurants etc but very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and we were pleased to find ample supplies of teas, coffee etc plus water and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Really lovely little house, very clean and tidy, and pleasantly surprised to find bottle of wine and still + sparkling water in fridge. Also really easy to get to from waterbus stop. Close to Grand Canal few minutes walk away, Cafes seconds away from front door. Hosts were really kind and helpful, didn't have the pleasure of meeting them as our flight was late, but they were quick to answer any questions we had via text. Really recommend staying here!

The place was amazing and perfectly complemented our great experience in Venice. It was very well equipped, though a mosquito net would be a great addition. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and peaceful. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Carolina and Antonio thought of everything to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible, including thoughtful touches like umbrellas. There were also nice compliments such as champagne, water, and coffee.

The location was great, everything (main attractions)was within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias are a stone throw’s away. The kitchen was complete(with dishwasher and washing machine). WiFi was strong with 2 TV’s ( was watching you tube and Amazon prime ) . Air conditioning in the room was allowing us to tolerate the heat outside. We were met by our welcoming host Antonio and Carolina when they gave us the keys and showed us the house. They also gave a complementary bottle of Prosecco and mineral water. Mini-fridge upstairs was also useful. They allowed us for a late check out as our train schedule was after lunch. The host were easy to reach via WhatsApp. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts were amazing. Super kind, so thoughtful. The kitchen was nice and they had some complimentary beverages. The AC had stopped working but they bought a portable AC for our stay! The location is perfect, centric but not overwhelmingly crowded. The house was clean, equipped, and even had Netflix in the two bedrooms.

“The best place to stay in Venice”

It was the perfect stay! Hosts met me in the railway station with umbrellas due to the raining weather. In the apartment there were a bottle of Prosecco, two bottles of water. There is all staff in the flat, even heating that i used too. It takes about 15 minutes to get San Marco square. There are a kot of cafe and restaurants near the apartment, supermarket as well. Would like to stay here again!

“Charming little house in a vibrant part of Venice.”

Located just off the lovely Campo San Barnaba in Dorsoduro, this little holiday accommodation was a pure delight. The hosts are extremely communicative and lovely, and they will arrange to meet you in order to walk you to the property and show you the facilities etc. The tiny house is very clean and full of character (wooden beams, big old front door, charming worn stone steps etc), and makes and perfect base from which to explore Venice. I have been to Venice twice before and this was my favourite 'hotel' yet. The place is very well stocked in terms of kitchenware, utensils, bedding, towels etc. The instructions for the rubbish, local area, and general information was clear. The adjustable heating made our stay very comfortable and the shower was reliable and hot. The bed was comfy and everything in the building worked as it should. There is wifi and also a television with access to Netflix and Prime which was a great touch. The hosts were easy to reach by Whatsapp if needed. The area is safe and although busy, the house is tucked away behind the square and relatively quiet. There is a small Conad grocery store very close, plus a fruit and vegetable boat a few steps away. You are given two keys for your stay. Check out instructions are easy. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The house is nice and clean. There was everything we needed for comfortable stay. Hosts are are very kind and helpful people. We were well instructed by them about local shops, restaurants and routes to main local sights. The house location is perfect: - there are several museums and galleries that can be reached in 20-30 min by feet - 5 min by feet to nearest water bus stop - 7 min by feet to nearest supermarket - about 50m to the nearest restaurant on San Barnaba square - about 20 min by water bus to San Marco square
